Hokies strong for Tennessee RB

Knoxville (Tenn.) Fulton running back Dennis Rogan has emerged as a wanted man in recruiting circles during recent months and is now up to four scholarship offers.
"(Recruiting) is fun, it's exciting and I'm enjoying it," Rogan said. "I have offers from Virginia Tech, Arkansas, Middle Tennessee State and Ole Miss."

The 5-foot-11, 167-pounder currently has the Hokies on top, following by the Razorbacks, Miami (Fla.), Ohio State and the hometown Tennessee Vols. The Canes, Buckeyes and Volunteers have not yet offered.
"The coaching at Virginia Tech is really good and I like the facilities (in Blacksburg) as well," Rogan said. "I don't really know too much about Arkansas, but I like the way the coaches talk. With Miami, I liked them a lot growing up and I followed them closely and with Ohio State, I just like to watch them play.
"I go to a lot of Tennessee's games because they are close to home and I like that about them."
Rogan, who rushed for 2,261 yards and 39 touchdowns as a junior, has several factors he is going to take into consideration when making his college decision.
"I would say that playing time and coaching style will heavily factor into my decision," he said.
This summer appears to be a busy one for Rogan.
"I'm going to go to some camps," he said. "I think Florida State, Louisville and Marshall."
