Hokies, Pack lead for Hannah

Tight end/defensive end Jonathan Hannah already has an impressive offer list, and two schools not too far from home are standing out. Who leads for the Tobacco Road prospect?

"NC State and Virginia Tech are one and two right now," said Hannah. "My dad played at NC State, and everybody is telling me how great it is. They've got a real improved program and I could play with a lot of talented guys there. Virginia Tech has a solid program too, and they develop players really well. It's a good school too."
The 6-foot-5, 265-pound tight end/defensive end from Hope Mills (N.C.) South View runs the 40-yard dash in 4.8 seconds and has great versatility with his quickness and strength.
In addition to offers from NC State and Virginia Tech, Hannah has scholarships from schools like Kentucky, North Carolina, Penn State, Virginia and others.
"I don't feel pressured one way or the other. Having a family member go to a certain school is definitely something I'll consider, and I'll listen to my father's advice for sure, but that doesn't mean I'm definitely going to NC State. They have a great shot, but so does Virginia Tech and some others."
