Chesapeake (Va.) Western Branch linebacker Vince Hall has made his decision. So will he be a Hokie or a Heel?
"Vince committed to Virginia Tech," said Western Branch football secretary Ann Turner. "He's on the phone with them now."

Hall visited Virginia Tech back in December and took official trips to North Carolina and Tennessee in January.
