Hogs or Cougars for Texas CB
Marlin, Texas cornerback Matterial Richardson has lined up two visits for this month. And those two appear to be his final two schools.
“I’m going to visit Arkansas the weekend of January 16,” the 5-foot-10, 195-pound Richardson said. “Then the week after that I will go to Houston. Those are the only two schools I am really looking at.”

Richardson said after the two visits, one of the schools will be where he ends up.
“I know one of those two schools will be the place for me,” he said. “I am pretty confident I will find the right place to spend my college career when I’m on my visits.”
The two-star rated cornerback is impressed by the commitment to Arkansas that coach Houston Nutt has made.
“He left a lot of money sitting there,” he said of Nutt’s decision to turn down the Nebraska coaching job. “He feels he has something good going on there and that is the type of coach you want to play for. I’m looking forward to taking my two visits and visiting with the coaches and the players.”
