Cleveland (Ohio) Glenville outside linebacker Jermale Hines says he added a few scholarship offers during the month of May. Hines also says he has formulated an early list of favorites.
"I'm looking at Ohio State, Wisconsin, West Virginia, Purdue, Cincinnati, Michigan, Syracuse, those are some main ones," Hines said. "I've got offers from West Virginia, Wisconsin, Purdue, Cincinnati, all the ones I'm looking at except Ohio State. Michigan offered too."
This week Hines begins the Ted Ginn Sr. tour as a contingent that includes many of the finest prospects in the greater Cleveland area attends 1-day camps at many colleges.

"We go to Iowa, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Syracuse, Miami of Ohio, a little bit of everywhere," Hines said.
Going into the tour Hines has some favorite schools.
"I'd say Ohio State, West Virginia, Michigan, and Wisconsin would be my favorites," he said.
Hines went on to talk a little about each school.
"I like the atmosphere at Ohio State. I like coach Tressel. Really, I like all their coaches.
"I just like the whole atmosphere at Michigan.
"I don't know as much about Wisconsin. I have to get there for a visit. I plan to do that.
"The same for West Virginia. I'll take a visit there."
The 6-foot-2, 200-pound Hines made 98 tackles including four sacks during his junior season. Hines intercepted four passes as Glenville won 12 of 13 games. Ginn Sr. has touted Hines as his top prospect this season.
