Hill to make Big 12 visit

North Little Rock (Ark.) 2015 wide receiver K.J. Hill has already seen the recruiting attention intensify. The 6-foot, 180-pound receiver picked up his first offers from Arkansas and Auburn and has seen the interest grow from Oklahoma State and Vanderbilt.
All in all, things are going well at this early point in the process.

"It's doing good, just the same two offers, and I've just been getting a lot of mail from the same people," Hill said. "I take a visit this week to Oklahoma State and I'll watch them play Baylor."
The trip to Stillwater will be his third unofficial visit of the season after already taking trips to Arkansas and Auburn.
"When I went up to [Arkansas] it was fun," Hill said. "They played Texas A&M and the atmosphere was incredible. Nobody sat down that game. It was pretty fun. At Auburn it was pretty fun too. They played Ole Miss that game and it's a big stadium. It was very live."
It is still early in the recruiting process, but Hill, who grew up a Joe Adams and Razorback fan, does admit Auburn is "kind of an early favorite" with the Razorback following close behind.
"Auburn, they're definitely standing out," Hill said. "Coach Malzahn and his offense, I just love it. Plus they're winning. Arkansas they're rebuilding right now. That's about it."
The recruiting process may be picking up, but Hill is focused in on North Little Rock's 2013 season. The Wildcats are currently 9-2 on the season, and preparing for a playoff match-up with Bryant.
Hill entered the season as a known playmaker in the state of Arkansas, and as junior he wanted to continue to raise the bar.
"I just wanted to improve from last year, and I think I have just speed-wise and quickness and just my power, "Hill said. "The season has been going good for me this year. They've been putting the ball in my hands and I've been making plays and having fun with it."
