Hill re-schedules 5th official visit

Oakland (Calif.) McClymonds defensive lineman Derrick Hill was expected to take an official visit this past weekend to Washington. Hill canceled the trip a few weeks back and has now filled that opening with a school from Big 12 country.
Hill, 6-1, 280 pounds is the top rated defensive tackle in the West Coast and a top 100 player nationally as well. He was one of the quickest players in the region to set all five of his official trips but made a change to his visit list and now has all five set once again.

"I was going to visit Washington but with the way the season was going for them, I just felt like I should look around a little more," Hill said. "I'm going to be visiting Colorado now on (Oct. 8). It was between Colorado, Arizona State and Mississippi but I wanted to visit a school in the Big 12 and I've heard a lot of good things about Colorado. Those coaches have been recruiting me really hard and I'm looking forward to the visit."
In addition to the visit to Boulder, Hill will trip to Arizona (Oct. 21), Oregon (Nov. 18), USC (Dec. 2) and Cal (Dec. 9). The Trojans and Bears remain the leaders for the talented tackle.
"Yeah, it's those two at the top right now," Hill said. "They both have great football programs, I'm comfortable with the players and coaches at both schools and I get along with my position coach at both places as well. It's going to be a tough decision for me and that's why I'm committed to taking all five of my trips and giving everyone a fair shot before I make my decision."
McClymonds is off to a 3-0 start but will have their toughest game of the season this weekend when they travel to Los Angeles and take a tough Dorsey squad led by All-American running back Stafon Johnson. Hill has been dominant this season so far and has totaled 25 tackles, eight for loss and six quarterback sacks.

"He's making all the plays, I even had to move Joshua (Tatum) around a little because he hasn't had many chances to make plays because Derrick is making them all. There is no one who can block him at this level."Here to view this Link.
