Herron postpones Michigan visit

Warren (Ohio) Harding running back Daniel Herron, who toured Ohio State last week, was going to visit Michigan today. However the trip has been postponed.
"I was supposed to go to Michigan today," Herron said. "But I don't think I'll make it. I have a workout today."

However Herron still plans to visit the Wolverines before deciding between Ohio State and Michigan.
"I'll still probably visit Michigan," he said. "It will probably be on Tuesday."
Then it will be decision time.
"I know last week I said I was going to decide over the weekend," Herron said. "But I know for sure I'll announce sometime before this weekend.
"I'm still favoring Ohio State a little."
The visit Herron and his parents took last week to Ohio State is still fresh in his mind.
"It was great," Herron said. "It was real nice. They took me and my parents around campus. We had a meeting with an academic guy. Then we had a meeting with coach (Jim) Tressel.
"My parents liked it a lot."
The 5-foot-10 and 190-pound Herron, who last week narrowed things down to the Buckeyes and Wolverines, rushed for over 1600 yards and scored 18 times during his junior season. Herron averaged over seven yards per carry.
