Henry to reschedule FSU visit

Malik Henry decided Friday night after a tough victory over Newbury Park, Calif., that he was going to postpone his Florida State visit but would reschedule for later this season.
The 2016 five-star quarterback from Westlake Village (Calif.) Westlake was supposed to see the Notre Dame-Florida State game in person but that did not happen. Instead, he is still focused on getting to Tallahassee for a game this season and still wants to commit before the end of his junior campaign.

Notre Dame, UCLA, Florida State and Ohio State remain the four top contenders.
"I'm hurt and I just don't want to go," Henry said. "I'm just not in the mood to go right now. My hip flexor is bothering me. I'll try to make it down soon.
"I have to be here with my team. That's a big thing for me is trying to be a leader and I know my coach wouldn't like me missing practice or anything because his whole emphasis with me is my team and my teammates.
"I'll definitely reschedule because I want to go down there and see a game and get the feel for it, see the atmosphere. I'll probably push back my decision time until I get a chance to go down there and visit. I'll probably visit Ohio State also. I'm not in a rush right now."
Florida State is under serious consideration but Henry said he cannot make a decision based solely off one visit to campus during the summer. Seeing games at FSU - and possibly Ohio State - will be crucial in the process as Henry inches closer to a choice.
Henry, rated as the second-best quarterback and No. 9 overall in the 2016 class by Rivals.com, has already seen games at Notre Dame and UCLA.
"I've never been to a Florida State game and that's what I want to see," Henry said. "You can never judge a school based off one visit during the summer so I have to go to a game.
"Notre Dame is up there along with Florida State, UCLA and Ohio State. It's all equal basically. I just visited UCLA this past weekend for the Oregon game. I was hoping to get down to Florida State but with my leg I can't do it. I'll reschedule definitely and Ohio State I hope to make."
