Henderson adds Jackets to offers list

Lake Wales (Fla.) running back Justin Henderson can add Georgia Tech to his list of offers. And the Yellow Jackets can go ahead and consider themselves favorites to land him at this point.
The Jackets offered Henderson in the spring. With Tech's run option offense, it's an appealing place to play for almost any running back.

"I've been doing my research and I fit right in with it," the 5-foot-8, 215-pound Henderson said. "The style that I run is perfect to their style of running, so they said I'll fit right in."
Henderson said he plans on visiting Tech for the first time in early July. At least one family member is happy about that.
"I have an uncle that stays up there (in Atlanta)," he said. "And sometimes I go up there and hang out, so I've been there before. He's been waiting for me to come up there and visit him."
Cincinnati is another school in the mix and offered him on his last day of school. He considers them his second favorite.
"I was excited about that too," he said. "They've been wanting me to come up there."
Another school with family ties that has offered is Toledo. His cousin Dedric Brinson, along with Davion Riley - both former Lake Wales teammates of Henderson - will begin his freshman season with the Rockets.
"They want me to come so bad," Henderson said of his teammates. "I'll come up and visit."
