Heisman Watch: Fresh look at top six

Deshaun Watson is on Heisman Watch. See which
#Vols commit @rivalsmike compares him to: https://t.co/jiY9qncNAo
https://t.co/ZvCv5kNXPP- Rivals.com (@Rivals) November 4, 2015
Last week: Watson completed 28 of 42 passes for 297 yards and a touchdown in a
23-13 win over Florida State to keep the Tigers undefeated.
Farrell memory: Watson committed to Clemson and that seemed where he and his
family felt most comfortable. Georgia gave it their best shot so it's a big loss
for them. He had such high character that when he made his decision he wasn't
going to change his mind. We had him as a five-star, we liked everything about
him, he was our No. 1 quarterback and he lived up to that.

RB
Leonard Fournette
LSU
Which future
#LSU RB is most like Heisman front-runner Leonard Fournette? https://t.co/jiY9qncNAo
https://t.co/nm1Fl6U5Rc- Rivals.com (@Rivals) November 4, 2015
Last week: Fournette was held to 31 yards and a touchdown on 19 carries (1.6
yards per touch) in LSU's first loss to Alabama. He still leads the FBS with
1,383 rushing yards.
Farrell memory: I thought he'd be great but I didn't think it would be immediate
and I didn't think we'd talk about him being a two-and-out guy or sitting out
his third year. I never thought he was going to Alabama or Texas. There was such
pressure on him to go to LSU. When he took his Texas visit there was such an
uproar that everybody around him had to be super careful about what schools he
looked at and visited.
4
RB
Ezekiel Elliott
Ohio State
Last week: In a 28-14 win over Minnesota, Elliott finished with 26 carries for
114 yards and a touchdown.
Farrell memory: In high school, he was not the guy we see now. He was a top 100
player, he had good size but he wasn't sudden and fast like he is now. He got
bigger, faster and stronger in college. I thought he might flip late to
Missouri. The family connection is there and he took a late visit. He's the
biggest surprise rankings-wise out of all these guys.
5
RB
Christian McCaffrey
Stanford
Last week: McCaffrey had 147 rushing yards on 23 carries, he threw a touchdown
pass, had three receptions and was also useful on special teams in Stanford's
42-10 win over Colorado.
Farrell memory: The best thing about Stanford kids is there's not a lot of
drama. The kid had a ton of offers, he looked at some other schools but he chose
Stanford like most kids choose Stanford, which is for the academics and because
he's a tremendous fit there. We felt he could be a Reggie Bush-type at Stanford
if they used him right and that's exactly how they're using him.
6
WR
Corey Coleman
Baylor
Last week: On Thursday night, Coleman finished with 11 receptions for 216 yards
and two touchdowns as Baylor remained undefeated in a 31-24 win at Kansas State.
Farrell memory: Did we expect him to be one of the most-dominant receivers? No
but it was because he was a guy who did everything in high school. He ran the
ball, he caught passes, he was a do-everything guy. We're starting to realize
now if you're a dynamic speed guy and you go to the Big 12 you have an
opportunity to be an absolute star.
