Hectic schedule for NJ DB

Defensive back Abdul Majeed of Princeton (N.J.) Hun School took a visit to Wake Forest last month, and has stayed busy since then. He has taken several additional visits and plans to keep up his hectic pace in the spring and summer.
"After my Wake Forest visit I went to Maryland's junior day," said Majeed, who is 5-foot-10 and 180-pounds. "I was able to tour the campus, attend a great basketball game and spend time with the coaches, including Coaches Edsall, Stewart and Dudzinski. I was impressed with the coaches and the university. I plan to attend one of Maryland's upcoming camps to show what I can do."

Up next for Majeed was a visit to Massachusetts.
"Their junior day was held off campus at Gillette Stadium because they will be playing their games at Gillette until they finish the work they are currently doing on their stadium and campus facilities," said Majeed. "Gillette Stadium was impressive, but I walked away more impressed with the new coaching staff that Coach Molnar has been able to put together so quickly. I plan on going back to UMass to take a tour of their campus, and I will be attending one of their camps in the coming weeks as well."
Majeed's most recent visit was to Pittsburgh last weekend.
"I attended one of Pitt's practices," said Majeed. "I was very impressed with their coaches and how they ran their practice. After practice I was able to meet their coaches and tour their facilities. I liked what I saw at Pitt as well. I've been invited to attend another practice or Spring Game, and one of their camps. At a minimum, I plan to make it back out there to attend their camp."
Up next for Majeed is a visit to another ACC program, followed by a hectic schedule in the coming months.
"I'm going up to Boston College to attend their Spring Game next weekend," said Majeed. "I attended their camp last year and they have great facilities. I'll also be attending the Navy Spring Game in the coming weeks. I'm looking forward to those visits as well as the other visits I have planned over the next 2 or 3 months, including Arkansas, Stanford, Duke, Georgia Tech, Rutgers, Penn State and Northwestern."
Majeed will also participate at the Rivals.com/VTO Sports Camp in New Jersey on April 22nd.
