"They have a good team and nice facilities. And they give you a lot of help with your education."
Fields has made official visits to West Virginia, Penn State and Pitt.
"I still have Ohio State Jan. 28 or 27," Fields said. "I'll probably make that visit before I decide."
Fields said he is expecting a number of visitors this week.
"Coach Wannstedt is probably coming out this week," Fields said. "And probably coach Rodriquez. Coach Paterno is coming to the school I think Wednesday or Thursday."
The decision may be a difficult one for Fields.
"I don't really have a favorite right now," he said.
The 6-foot-2 and 200-pound Fields caught 52 passes for over 1000 yards during his senior season. He also intercepted 11 passes.
Fields is the No. 23 safety prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings and the No. 34 prospect in the state of Pennsylvania.
