Hayes will camp at three spots

Outside linebacker/running back Jerome Hayes has too many offers to list individually, and more should be on the way. He plans on camping at three schools this summer, and each is sure to attempt to leave an impression on him.
"I don't have any favorites right now," said Hayes. "I'm keeping my mind open to any school that's willing to offer. A lot of schools have, like Miami, Penn State, Virginia, Maryland and a ton of others. I plan on camping at Rutgers, Wisconsin and Syracuse. I don't know if I'll go anywhere else, but I'm pretty sure about those three."

The 6-foot-2, 225-pound prospect from Bayonne, N.J. runs the 40-yard dash in 4.6 seconds. Several coaches have impressed him.
"Coach Stoutland from Michigan State has been recruiting me as long and as hard as anyone, and I respect that," he said. "I like Coach Schiano at Rutgers, and admire his passion for the game. Coach Coker from Miami and some other guys on his staff are great people and have an elite program.
"I really want to have a strong relationship with whatever coaches I sign with. I want a good education and I would like to play somewhere that I think has a chance to win a lot of games."
