Hawley ready for first official visit
Anaheim (Calif.) Esperanza offensive lineman Joe Hawley at one time had the Wisconsin Badgers high on his list. Hawley is no longer in contact with the Big Ten school, but he is ready to take his first official visit.
"I take a visit to UNLV this weekend," Hawley said. "It's my first visit.

"I'll probably take one on Jan. 20, but I don't know who yet."
When asked what other schools are still in the picture, Hawley said, "Utah State asked me to visit. I'm looking at UNLV, Utah State, and Colorado.
"I don't have a favorite."
The 6-foot-3 and 270-pound Hawley played tackle on both sides of the line during his senior season. He is the No. 99 prospect in the state of California in the Rivals.com player rankings.
