The top player in Arkansas is down to two, so who made the cut for Warren, Ark., four-star receiver Bret Smith?

“It’s down to Arkansas and Tennessee,” Smith, who is 6-foot-3 and 175 pounds, said. “I didn’t visit Ole Miss this weekend. I just didn’t want to, and they’re out.”
So does Arkansas hold the edge or what about Tennessee where one of his teammates has committed?
“Well, I’d say it’s 50-50,” Smith said. “I see a lot of good things about both schools. I can go and contribute early at both places, and they’re both not too far from home and in the SEC.
“It’s tough.”
Smith visits UT this weekend and Arkansas next.
