The Aloha State of Hawai’i renowned for its big, strong, quick and athletic lineman. The class of 2005 continues the trend. Perhaps the best of the lot is Kainoa LaCount (6-6, 305, 5.2) from Kailua, Hawai’i.
The usual suspects have been by the school and have shown interest in LaCount.
“Kainoa gets a letter every other day from Colorado,” new Kailua coach Gary Rosolowich said. “He’s also getting letters from the whole Pac-10.”

“Kainoa is big, strong and in shape,” Rosolowich said. “He’s a very committed to athlete.”
LaCount is a good all-around athlete who participates in basketball and track.
Football however will be his calling card to the D-I level.
LaCount has offers on the table from Colorado and Hawai’i.
