Hatchie will take visits

Micah Hatchie has wrapped up his senior season and is turning his attention toward recruiting. The star offensive tackle from Waialua High School said he has plans to visit Washington and Oregon, and may take all five-official visits.
"I have a visit set to Washington at the end of the month," Hatchie said. "I am about to schedule a visit to Oregon as well, I have to talk to coach [Steve] Greatwood about that. Oregon is a really good football team. The coaches are really good. They are in a good environment. I want to try to visit for a game. It is just an all-around good environment up there."

Washington hosts Washington State on November 28th, the Huskies last home game this month.
"Their coaching staff is really cool at Washington. I have been talking to them about once a week, about how I can be an immediate impact for their team. I have been watching their games, and they are doing well. They have just made some small mistakes that cost them a bit. They are doing pretty well so far."
Hatchie said he would like to take all five official visits if possible.
"My parents want me to take all five, and I am thinking about doing that," Hatchie said. "Cal, Arizona, and Hawaii are possibilities. Washington, Oregon and Cal are probably the most likely. I have yet to call coach [Tosh] Lupoi at Cal about setting up that visit."
Hatchie said he does go to Hawaii's home games, but he would not rule out using an official to get a closer look at the Warrior's program.
"When I go on visits, I want to see how they act as a team, the environment, and the people are important. It is just an all-around feeling and environment that will hopefully make me feel at home."
Hatchie said he is not sure when he will make his commitment, but late December or early January is a possibility.
