Hatcher looks for another offer

Hamilton, Ohio, defensive end Charlie Hatcher has seen his scholarship offer total rise to more than a dozen. Will Ohio State join that list when Hatcher attends their camp on Friday?
"My coach talks to Ohio State on a regular basis," Hatcher said. "He said I have a chance to get an offer at camp or before the season."

The 6-foot-2 and 266-pound Hatcher wants to see if Michigan and/or Notre Dame offer a scholarship.
"I just talked to Notre Dame (on Sunday)," Hatcher said. "I called coach (Rick) Minter. He said they are going to get about five defensive linemen and I'm one of the ones they are looking at. He wants me to swing by (Notre Dame)."
Hatcher attended Michigan's camp earlier this week. And he wants to visit a number of the schools that have offered a scholaship.
"I want to visit Stanford and Duke," he said. "And I want to see Maryland. I've aleady visited a few schools like Indiana, Miami of Ohio and Vanderbilt.
"I haven't visited all the schools that have offered, but I really like Stanford, Vanderbilt and Maryland."
Hatcher played both defensive end and tight end during his sophomore season. He concentrated solely on defense his junior season and made 62 tackles, including nine sacks.
