Has Texas OL made decision
There was some discussion that Garland (Texas) South Garland offensive lineman Blake Kerley had made a verbal commitment. Is the talk true?
“No, not yet he hasn’t,” David Kerley, Blake’s father said. “If he has, I didn’t know about it. I do know that he really likes them.

“It’s still early in the process. We have more schools showing interest now than we ever thought we might. He also likes TCU quite a bit. Those would be the top two schools, probably.”
The two schools are not the only ones in contention, though.
“Blake has some interest in Alabama. And Florida and Ohio State have expressed some interest too. It’s been more than we expected it to be. He has taken unofficial visits to Arizona, TCU, SMU, Oklahoma State, Alabama and Mississippi State this summer. So, there are a lot of options.”
Do Kerley’s parents have a preference at this point?
“We would like to keep him in the Big 12 South so we can get to the games a little easier. But, the decision is up to him.”
