Has Colston committed

Lakeland (Fla.) Kathleen running back Terrell Colston attended camp last week and followed that up with a quick commitment. After a couple days to think about it, the 5-foot-7, 158-pounder has backed away from the pledge.
"I did commit to Troy and then backed out," he said. "I'm not sure I'm ready. I still have to weigh my options and take some visits. I've got other offers to consider.

"I do like Troy. The coaches there show me a lot of love and made me feel like I'm already part of the family. I felt like I was at home and welcome."
In recent weeks, the two-star prospect doubled his offer list.
"I've got offers from Troy, Southern Miss and now Michigan State and Purdue," he said. "I'm looking at those programs too and am going to see if I'll be able to get time as a freshman there. That's one thing that I really like about Troy. I can see the field right away."
Other schools have shown interest in Colston too.
"I'm hearing from Arizona State, Boise State, Ole Miss, USF, South Carolina, Alabama, Indiana and Virginia Tech," he said. "Plenty of them are talking about offering; I've just got to show what I can do."
This summer Colston is considering a couple camps possibly to Purdue and Boise State.
As far as a decision, he plans to wait it out awhile.
"I'm going to take all of my official visits and then see what happens from there."
The Sunshine State tailback ran for 788 yards and 12 touchdowns as a junior.
