"I committed to Utah," Harrison said. "I liked San Jose State too, it was a cool place but Utah was unbelievable. It had everything I was looking for in a school and I wanted to make sure I committed before someone else took my spot.
"The facilities and the weight room at Utah are off the hook. I haven't been to Oregon before but I've heard from some people that Utah is almost as nice. I really like all the coaches there and especially Coach Roderick, my position coach.
"The guys on the team are great and I love the city itself as well. It snowed the whole time and I loved doing the snowmobiling even though one of the other recruits almost ran me over. My parents were there and they loved it too. I'll have a chance to play early at Utah and I think I fit in well with that offense.
"When I analyzed everything, I decided Utah was too good to pass up. It was a hard decision only because it's such a big decision but Utah was just a lot better for me than any other school and I'm pretty excited to get my commitment out of the way."
Harrison starred at both receiver and cornerback but will play receiver for the Utes. The athlete finished the year with 40 catches for 876 yards and 10 touchdowns and added 28 tackles and two picks on defense including one pick for a score and averaged 27 yards on kickoff returns and one more score.
