Harrison impressed by Wisconsin

Columbus (Ohio) Walnut Ridge three-star athlete Malik Harrison made his first visit to Wisconsin this week, wrapping that visit up on Thursday.
"It matched up (to expectations) real well. I liked it a lot," Harrison said. "The players were cool, I liked the facilities and it just felt like home."

Harrison made the visit to Wisconsin with one of his coaches. They arrived on Wednesday and spent much of that day exploring the campus.
"I got to see the stadium, the campus and talked with the coaches.," Harrison said. "They are just saying that I will be one of the guys if I come to Wisconsin. I feel comfortable talking to them because they have been talking to me all the time, hitting me up on Twitter. We just have a great bond."
Wisconsin projects the 6-foot-4, 205-pound Harrison as a tight end/wide receiver in their offense, and that opportunity appeals to him.
"I always wanted to be receiver coming into high school, but the quarterback was a senior and I just took up that spot," Harrison said. "I think I would be good in that spot for (Wisconsin's) offense."
Wisconsin is one of a dozen schools that have offered Harrison, and they rank high on that list following the visit.
"They are up there. I just have to get to the other schools so I can compare," Harrison said. "I was going to wrap it up soon, but now I am just going to take my time."
Indiana is the only other school Harrison visited this summer. He is trying to fit in a visit to Michigan State before his senior season commences.
Harrison is rated as a three-star athlete prospect. He played primarily quarterback as a junior, but also saw time on defense at safety and linebacker.
