Harris lands first offer

C.J. Harris is just getting started but after a strong junior campaign the 2016 wide receiver is excited for what could happen this off-season.
The 2016 prospect from Redlands (Calif.) East Valley has landed his first offer from San Jose State and he said Colorado along with some other Pac-12 programs have reached out early on.

"My film is already sent out," Harris said.
"I had a really big year so recruiting-wise it is just a process. I'm just taking it easy and I'm just staying patient."
The San Jose State coaches jumped early on Harris, who will play with Ground Zero during this 7on7 season, and he's hopeful that first offer could jumpstart his recruitment even more.
Harris helped lead Redlands East Valley to the state bowl championship last month.
"They like a lot," Harris said of San Jose State. "They like my speed and they like my hands. I can catch really well."
The Redlands East Valley receiver said he would like to hear more from USC and that he's wide open to any schools in the Pac-12. At this point with his recruitment just getting started, the 2016 prospect said he wants to hear from everybody.
"I'd like to hear more from USC and all the West Coast teams," Harris said.
In his junior season, Harris finished with 58 receptions for 859 yards and 10 touchdowns.
