Harris flies to the Ducks

Fresno (Calif.) Edison four-star cornerback Cliff Harris said for months now that he's leaning toward Oregon. Now he's more than leaning.
He's committed.

Harris took an official visit to Eugene on Jan. 9 and Saturday, he decided to end the recruiting process, picking the Ducks over USC, Arizona, Arizona State, BYU, Nebraska, Fresno State and Utah.
"I'm pumped to be a Duck," Harris, who is the No. 41 player in the country, said. "Oregon has been with me for a long time, and I appreciate how they've stuck with me. So I'm sticking with them."
Harris said he's made plenty of ground up academically and if everything goes all right, he's expected to be able to make it.
"I'm trying my best and doing everything I can," he said.
