Hardesty torn between two

Although Rivals100 member Montario Hardesty is still committed to North Carolina, the 6-foot-0, 190-pounder is having a hard time keeping Tennessee out of his head. What will he do come Signing Day?
"I don't know what I'll do yet," he said. "It's about even between the two schools. I think I committed too early to UNC because I wanted to get the process over with and end it. I think it was too soon."

The No. 9-ranked athlete in the country said that this Saturday will be a huge day when it comes to making his final decision.
"Coach Troop is coming from Tennessee with a few coaches and UNC is also sending a bunch of coaches," he said. "Virginia Tech is even sending coaches even though they're not really in the mix. Right now I'm still even between UNC and Tennessee and I have no idea who I'll sign with. I plan to make that decision after this weekend."
Hardesty visited Tennessee on Jan. 14 and had a great time. He visited UNC on Dec. 3 and remembers that as a great visit as well.
"Both schools are great," he said. "And I'll have to compete with top players at either. People think at UNC I can just come in and play, but they have other great running backs coming as well. Tennessee has LaMarcus Coker. I'm not afraid of competition and I know I'll have to work hard at either place."
