Hard hitting safety gets offer

Not much has been written about one of the finest safeties in Los Angeles this season. Perhaps the reason is he is playing for a 1-7 team with a lot of young players and a new coach. Though Michael Klyce (6-2, 188, 4.5) from Los Angeles (Calif.) Locke isn’t household name with recruitneks, he is certainly known among Pac10 teams.
It is hard for a prospect to have any sizzle when a team is an uninspiring 1-7, but Klyce is anything but uninspiring, he is having solid senior season.

Klyce has been playing both linebacker and safety for Locke in 2003, but he projects as hard-hitting safety on the D-I level.
So far in 2003, Klyce has picked up 85 tackles, three sacks and three picks.
Klyce is a lethal hitter who will come up and knock your block off.
Klyce has his first offer on the table from Arizona and he will be visiting the Tucson campus in December. “I’m not sure of the date I visit Arizona,” Klyce said. “But it will be in December.”
Klyce is also getting a lot of recruiting love from Washington.
Oregon is writing Klyce a lot and he is also hearing from Washington State and Boston College.
