Hannah narrowing his focus

Tight end/offensive tackle Jonathan Hannah has been careful not to narrow down his list too quickly over the course of the recruiting process. That said, he may be getting ready to focus more on several schools than others.
"My favorites right now are Georgia, UNC, NC State, Penn State and Virginia Tech," said Hannah. "Those five are about even right now, but there's still a chance I could end up somewhere else. They've all offered and up to this point have impressed me. Obviously there are still schools like Florida State that I'm listening to."

The 6-foot-4, 250-pound prospect from Hope Mills (N.C.) South View plans on taking an official visit to Florida State next weekend, and is still trying to find time for a trip to another one of his leaders.
"I'm still talking to the Penn State coaches a lot, and we're trying to set a date for an official visit up there. I really like their program and feel like they can start winning big again.
"I'll probably have a decision made by sometime in January. I'm not ready to decide now, but I don't really want to wait until the last minute just for the sake of waiting. We're still in the playoffs right now, and in the last game I had three catches for 95 yards and a touchdown. So that's where a lot of my focus is right now."
