Hall enjoys trip to Stillwater

Garden City (Kan.) Community College running back Andre Hall took his first official visit over the weekend.
The 5-foot-10, 205-pound Hall had hoped to be playing this weekend, but with the season over, he began his visit schedule.

“The visit to Oklahoma State was pretty nice,” he said. “They didn’t have a great day on the field. They lost 55-16. But, the trip was still nice. They showed me the facilities and everything. They are working on a new part of the stadium. They told me how much the project was costing. It was a lot of money.”
The five-star rated Hall has not lined up any other visits, yet.
“I plan on getting the other trips lined up this week,” he said. “I don’t really know where I will visit for sure. But, I’m pretty interested in Kansas State, South Florida, South Carolina and maybe Arkanasas.”
Hall finished the season with just under 1,500 yards.
“My total was fifth in the nation for rushing yards. I earned first-team All-Jayhawk Conference.”
Hall, the top rated junior college running back, could offer some immediate help in the spring for a program, if things work out like they need to.
“I will find out soon if I can graduate in December. Well, not really graduate. I’ll know if I can leave in December. I have enough credits to graduate, but not enough for a degree. I could get those credits at a Division I school and then be there for spring practice and everything. That should be something I found out really soon.”
