Guyton back from Orlando

Homestead (Fla.) athlete A'Jami Guyton made an official visit to Central Florida during the weekend. It was his first official visit and he came away impressed with what the Golden Knights had to offer.
"I just got back from Orlando," Guyton said. "It was great, very great."

Guyton cited several aspects of the trip that were enjoyable.
"I know that I ate real good," he said. "The first day we got there, we just really chilled. But on Saturday, that's when we toured the campus, went inside the dorms and all of that stuff.
"The college is really great, the campus is really nice. Everything about the college is really great with all of the new things they are building. The college is really nice."
Lance Thompson is recruiting Guyton for Central Florida.
"Everyone is recruiting me as an athlete, they want me to play defensive back," he said. "It really doesn't matter to me, as long as I can help the team and get on the field."
At the end of his trip, Guyton met with Golden Knights head coach George O'Leary.
"I met with him one-on-one today," he said. "He's a real straight up guy. One things I noticed is that he's big on academics. He told me that academics have changed a lot since the time he played."
Guyton got an up-close look at the academic offerings of UCF.
"We met with a professors yesterday about 12 o'clock," he said.
So where do the Golden Knights stand with Guyton?
"Right now, if I had to have a top five, I truly believe that they would be in my top five," he said.
Guyton doesn't have any more visits planned at this time, but says he will visit Miami (Fla.) in January.
"They told me they should have a new coach next week," he said.
Guyton is a three-star rated prospect and is the No. 57 athlete.
