Gury a man of his word

Louisville (Colo.) Monarch two-star offensive tackle Dan Gury said he would have a decision shortly after returning from an official visit to Michigan State this weekend. He was a man of his word.
“Dan committed to Colorado State,” his coach Phil Bravo said. “I think he just felt at home at Colorado State, and he knows he can fit into the system really well. There are a lot of similarities between what they do and what we do in our running offense.

“He felt great with the coaching staff and where they’re going and heading as a program. Plus, Ft. Collins was far enough away from home, but also still close enough.”
Gury was also offered by Oregon before he made his commitment. He visited CSU on December 5 and then was at Michigan State this past weekend.
