GT lands RB from Atlanta

The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets continue their hot recruiting week. Today, they picked up their fourth verbal commitment since Sunday night as Demond Dennis committed to Tech.
"I committed earlier today," Dennis said. "I committed this morning. Georgia Tech is close to home and I like their offense. They are recruiting me to play the A-back position. I like the coaches there. It was an easy decision once I knew. Everyone can come see me play."

Demond is a versatile running back that should fit in well with the Georgia Tech offense because he can do so many things offensively.
"Demond has speed and strength," said Carver head coach Darren Myles, Sr. "He's versatile and has good hands. Demond can make the big plays. It's like every five times he touches the ball you know something big is going to happen. He will be good at that A-back position there."
Also committing this week to the Jackets were offensive guard Antonio Foster (Valdosta, Ga.), wide receiver Stephen Hill (Lithonia, Ga.) and running back Orwin Smith (Phenix City, Ala.). Foster and Hill had previously committed to Tennessee and Central Florida respectively.
Dennis has rushed for over 1,000 yards and 13 touchdowns. He picked Georgia Tech over Alabama and Auburn.
