Gross should have a busy summer

Baltimore (Md.) Dunbar defensive end Marvin Gross has a busy summer ahead of him.
He and plenty of other prospects will be on the road together visiting a good number of schools.

"At the beginning of July I'm going on a tour with Next Level. We're going to be going to several colleges and one-day camps," Gross explained. "There will be 7-on-7's and things like that, too."
Gross doesn't know all of the colleges that he will visit but he does have a decent idea.
"I know we're going up to Ohio and hitting a couple of schools up there. We're going to West Virginia and some other schools in between, too," he noted.
The 6-foot-4, 220-pound defensive end said West Virginia, Wake Forest, Washington and Purdue have been recruiting him the hardest so far.
That doesn't mean those schools are his favorites.
"I'm trying to keep everything open right now," he said. "I'll probably start thinking about (favorites) towards the end of the season after I get everything done with my high school team."
So it's safe to say Gross won't be making a decision anytime soon.
His ultimate goal is to earn a spot in one of the high profile All-American games and make his decision at that. He plans to take all five of his officials.
