Greene hearing from handful of teams

Jalen Greene is still searching for his first offer but with a lot of early interest and coming off a big junior season the Gardena (Calif.) Serra quarterback is confident things could pick up soon.
Arizona, Arizona State, Miami and Boise State are all showing interest in the lefty quarterback who threw for 2,443 yards and 25 touchdowns last season. He also rushed for 1,137 yards and nine scores.

"Miami hasn't been saying too much because of their new OC there but the other three said I'm high on the potential offer list so it's all about seeing me travel down there," Greene said.
"I know for sure I'm going to Arizona State and Boise State so when I go to Arizona State I'll most likely go to Arizona, too."
Greene, who had a nice performance at the NLA 7on7 in Las Vegas last weekend, said he's thrilled to get going even more this off-season.
After a strong junior season and playing at one of the top programs in California, Greene is hopeful college coaches take notice.
Working out at camps this summer will be important and Greene is looking forward to it.
"It's really exciting to know I have the chance to play at the next level and that I can compete with a bunch of different guys," Greene said. "Once I get that chance it will be great."
Style of play isn't as important to Greene, who said he can be a pocket passer if needed or use his feet to make things happen.
"Running isn't really a big thing for me," Greene said. "Once I run I try to do the best thing for the team. If I can run that would be great too but it's not a major thing."
