So did Penn State take over as the new leader?
"No, I still like Ohio State best and Rutgers is not far behind. Penn State, Michigan State and Syracuse, all of them are still in my top five."
At 5-foot-11 and190 pounds, Ira recently ran a 4.45 second 40-yard dash. Last season he had 86 tackles with three interceptions, four sacks and 10 tackles for loss. Ira has more than a dozen offers at this time and plans on waiting until after the season before making a commitment.
"I'm gonna ride this out. I really want to be sure before I do anything. I always wanted to play for Ohio State and they are in the lead, but now that I have had the chance to see other programs, things are changing a bit."
