Graves helps team to a solid start

Not much has been heard of from four-star defensive end John Graves out of Richmond (Va.) Meadowbrook since he kicked off the season against Midlothian. We talked with his head coach Bill Bowles to see how the 6-foot-3, 249-pounder with 4.86-second speed is doing this year?
"The team is doing pretty well as we are 2-0 so far. We won our first game 41-6 and then beat Bird last week 24-21," he said. "John has been playing really well and has kept it going. He's probably our second leading tackler on the team right now. He's a much more intense player and a lot stronger. He's playing all-around a lot better than last year."

The Rivals250 star is still between three schools.
"I know he hasn't made up his mind and is still between Virginia, Virginia Tech and Georgia," he said. "He hasn't scheduled any official visits that I know of. I believe he'll be taking his visits and then we'll see what happens."
Is there a chance other schools could still sneak into Graves list?
"Others might, but I think he's very firm on those three right now."
