Grady makes a decision

Safety Anthony Grady took his official visit this past weekend. The Woodbridge (Va.) C.D. Hylton prospect picked up an offer today and committed on the spot while on his trip.
"I just got home from an official visit to Ohio and they offered and I really loved it and committed," he said. "It was everything about Ohio. I chilled with a couple of the players and the environment is excellent. The campus is real nice and beautiful. Everybody is cool and friendly. I really liked that.

"Then, my major. I can get a great job from there if I don't make it to the next level. I also met the president of the university; he talked to my parents for awhile.
"In addition, I was looking for a great football program and they've got tough schedules every year. They play Penn State, Ohio State, Louisville and Kentucky coming up."
Grady spent a lot of time with the coaches and they were key in his choice.
"The head coach is great and the assistants were too. They want me to play safety," he said. "They told me if I work hard enough and impress I could play as a true freshman. I think they want me more as a strong safety, but I can play free or strong."
Grady held offers from James Madison, Liberty and Norfolk State.
