Gopher commit looking around

Earlier just this month three-star Florida cornerback Jabari Price verbally committed to Tim Brewster and Minnesota. It's only been about a week, but apparently he's looking around.
Looking around might even be an understatement. While the Gophers were excited about the potential Price and may even be offering him playing time right away, Price took an official visit to North Carolina over the weekend.

It might be the last official visit for Price, and right now he appears to be far from a lock for Minnesota.
What did he think about Chapel Hill?
"It was nice. They have a nice balance of athletics and academics, which is nice," he explained. "Chapel Hill is a nice college town. It's surrounded by colleges, and I could really get used to that."
Talking to the coaches was one of the highlights of the trip for Price. They told him some things that really hit home.
"I spoke with all the coaches before I left. Coach (Butch) Davis said they could use me and they said my parents could come see me whenever they play Miami or FIU. There are a lot of benefits of going to Chapel Hill.
Price said he will make his final decision next month, in spite of his recent pledge to the Gophers. He has narrowed his focus to North Carolina, Minnesota and Rutgers.
"Hopefully I'll take an official to Rutgers, but if I don't think could be the last visit. I like Rutgers because they have good academics. The only thing about it is the proximity from home. It's in New Jersey, and that's the only knock.
"Minnesota, a thing with them is the weather, but they have good academics as well.
"Right now I'm open. I'm just gonna see how this month plays out. I'll probably make a decision by next month."
Price is ranked the No. 71 corner in the nation by Rivals.com.
