Goodman reacts to change at Arizona State

It became official on Monday that Dennis Erickson's tenure at Arizona State is over. For Lakeland (Fla.) four-star offensive tackle Evan Goodman, a long-time Sun Devils commitment, the news wasn't shocking.
"I kind of knew since last week that it was going to happen," Goodman said. "Like I said, I kind of knew already. I just feel it is time to move on."

Coach Erickson's departure from the program isn't going to lead to the Sunshine State prospect taking a look around.
"It doesn't change anything with regards to my commitment," Goodman said. "I am still a solid verbal."
The 6-foot-4, 290-pound offensive tackle has previously taken official visits to Arizona State, Florida State, Notre Dame, and Nebraska. He said a fifth and final official visit is unlikely.
"I think I am done," Goodman said with regards to visits. "I am probably not going to take any other visits."
Regardless of who the Sun Devils hire, Goodman said he intends to play football alongside his brother, current Arizona State freshman lineman Devin Goodman.
"I am done with recruiting," Goodman said. "I am sticking with Arizona State."
Goodman has helped lead his team to an undefeated season. Lakeland (12-0) faces Tampa (Fla.) Gaither on Friday in a third round playoff match-up.
