Goodall looking to break through

Dozens of mid-major FBS schools are all over Xavier Goodall. The Richmond (Va) Henrico running back is still looking to break through with a Power Five offer but is starting to set up visits for this coming season.

WHAT'S NEXT?: Goodall is primed for a big year and it could attract offers from bigger schools like Virginia, Wake Forest, and others. Look for Goodall to visit some of these bigger schools hoping that his interest in them earns him an offer.

IN HIS WORDS: " The ones I'm paying a lot of attention to are Richmond, Army, Air Force and the North Carolina schools. If I don't sign before December 5 it will be some time near Signing Day. Wake Forest, Wisconsin, Indiana, Toledo and Maryland I think could offer," Goodall told Rivals.com.

RIVALS' REACTION: Goodall has all the tools to be an exceptional running back, but an extra couple of inches is the only thing holding him back from major college offers. He has great burst and sees the field very well. If one of these mid-major programs can land Goodall, expect him to get playing time very early in his career.
