Good Trip Closes Gap For OT

Berkeley, S.C. offensive tackle Jabari Levey just returned from his visit to Tennessee. So does he still favor the home state Gamecocks?
"It's really close right now," said the 6-foot-8, 300-pounder. "I'm still leaning to South Carolina, but it's about 51-49 in percentage."

Levey visits South Carolina on Jan. 18 and has North Carolina (Jan. 25) and Florida State (Feb. 1) after that.
"I'm still considering those other visits," he said. "I especially want to see Florida State, but we'll see."
So what did he like about Tennessee?
"It was just a good visit," he said. "I learned alot about the school and got to meet alot of people. It was a fun trip."
He also met fellow offensive lineman Brandon Jeffries.
"We talked about playing together," he said. "We're both visiting South Carolina this upcoming weekend and we both like Tennessee and USC. Who knows, maybe we'll play together."
And would he commit to South Carolina next weekend if it goes well?
"If I have a perfect visit, I'd commit," he said. "They're close to home and I like them, but I like Tennessee too. If I feel more comfortable in Columbia then that's where I'll go."
