Things have changed a bit in the race for Stratford, S.C. tight end Moe Thompson. While the 6-foot-4, 255-pounder still favors North Carolina, it’s not as much as before.
“I’ve always been a North Carolina fan, but the turnaround at South Carolina is impressive,” he said. “I’m taking a longer look at them.”

Thompson is also considering Florida State, Clemson and Georgia Tech. He has offers from all of them expect for the Seminoles.
“I’ll set my visits soon,” he said. “I know I’ll take an official trip to both North Carolina and South Carolina and the rest I’m not sure of.”
