Gnat sets first official

Jacksonville (Fla.) WOlfson defensive end Rodney Gnat was simply dominate at the Tallahassee NIKE camp. He's picked up several offers since and has many other teams keeping a close eye on him this fall.
"I've gotten calls from Louisville, Central Florida, Connecticut, Florida, Maryland, NC State, Minnesota and Georgia Tech," Gnat said. "Georgia Tech is kind of a new team that has started showing me a lot of attention. Minnesota told me that I might have an offer from them by the end of the week."

"Louisville, Central Florida, Connecticut and Minnesota would be my top four," Gnat said. "I want to take some official visits before I decide anything. I have one of my official visits already set up to Louisville for the last weekend in October."
The 6-foot-4, 224-pound Gnat attended the Tallahassee NIKE camp where he ran the 40-yard dash in 4.67 seconds, the shuttle in 4.19 seconds and posted a 28-inch vertical jump.
As a junior Gnat played somewhat out of position but still managed to rack up 30 tackles and 10 sacks.
"I would say that Louisville and Central Florida are still at the top at this point, nothing with that has really changed," Gnat said. "I don't have a preference between the two, basically it's all going to come down to my official visits."
