Gloster up to three offers

Olney (Md.) Good Counsel linebacker Troy Gloster added his third offer recently. The 6-foot-0, 215-pounder pulled the latest scholarship from the Big East.
"Recently I picked up an offer from West Virginia on Signing Day," he said. "That puts me at three offers, Boston College, Stanford and West Virginia.

"I'm going to Pittsburgh this weekend for their junior day and looking at Connecticut soon. I'm also getting mail from Connecticut, Michigan State, Vanderbilt and Virginia. Hopefully I'll get a couple more offers soon."
Gloster gave his thoughts on his latest offer, West Virginia.
"Oh yeah, I was excited when I got it," he said. "It's a BCS team and they've been good the past few years now. I actually have a lot of family in the western Pennsylvania, West Virginia area."
The Maryland prospect maintains there isn't a true leader at this time.
"I like Boston College a lot, they were my first offer," he said. "I don't have a favorite though. I'm open to everyone and anyone. Whoever is willing to take a shot, I'm excited about that.
"I think academics are most important. I need something to fall back on if football doesn't work out. I want to be comfortable or the next four or five years of my life and of course be able to play early somewhere. I'll definitely look at the depth chart."
Gloster posted 60 tackles, nine sacks and two forced fumbles as he led Good Counsel to an undefeated regular season.
