Gloster down to two

Three-star linebacker Troy Gloster out of Olney (Md.) Good Counsel is closing in on a decision. The 6-foot-0, 215-pounder is focused on two schools at this time.
"West Virginia and Michigan are probably the main two for me right now," he said. "I'm still considering Stanford, but West Virginia and Michigan have an edge.

"I've just always felt a good connection with West Virginia. I especially like Coach Casteel. I think I've built the strongest relationship with him.
"Michigan just has a lot of great tradition."
Will either school receive a visit soon?
"I've talked to West Virginia about possibly visiting and also Michigan," he said. "I'm definitely trying to make it to a West Virginia game soon.
"I would like to make my decision sometime soon if possible too. I'm thinking it will be during the season. It just depends where I feel comfortable enough."
On the field, Gloster helped Good Counsel to a season opening victory.
"I had six tackles, a sack and a forced fumble," he said. "I think I've improved. I'm reacting better to plays and not thinking at all. I'm just playing out there."
