Glennon prepares for spring visits

With already a few offers in hand, Centreville (Va.) Westfield quarterback Mike Glennon plans to take a few visits in the near future. The 6-foot-6, 190-pounder is looking at at least three schools to make trips to over spring break.
"Nothing much has gone on recently," he said. "I'm planning to take a few visits over spring break around the first week of April. I'm thinking about visiting Virginia Tech for a day, North Carolina State and Duke. I'm also probably going to try to get up to Virginia and Maryland sometime this spring still."

What does Glennon want to see on his visits?
"Since it is spring practice, I kind of want to see how the coaches are in front of the players," he stated. "I want to see what they are like and the kind of players that are on the team. I'd like to see some coaches that are enthusiastic and make practice fun while teaching their players."
Currently Glennon holds four scholarships from Virginia, Virginia Tech, Duke and Maryland.
"I don't really have any favorites, I'm just trying to look around and find my best options," he said. "I'm looking for a good academic school, a winning tradition, good coaches and playing time."
Later this spring, Glennon plans to attend the Nike Camp at Penn State.
