Glenn picks up Sun Belt offer

Spartanburg (S.C.) Broome linebacker Antwane Glenn picked up his first scholarship offer earlier this month and has his eye on several other programs.
"I'm really enjoying recruiting right now," Glenn said. "I have one solid offer, from Middle Tennessee State.

"They just came into offer me. I don't know much about them and I couldn't make it to their camp."
The 6-foot-3, 235-pounder lists Miami (Fla.), Clemson, Georgia and Florida State as his top four with the Hurricanes being the favorite.
"I just like their team and have always liked them," he said.
The Tigers are the local school that has caught Glenn's attention.
"I think Clemson is the best school in the state of South Carolina," he said. "They are in-state and have one of the better engineering programs."
He likes the Bulldogs and Seminoles for different reasons.
"With Georgia, I'd like to go to either UGA or Georgia Tech and I've just always liked it," he said. "With FSU, I just want to go back to the beach and enjoy school."
There is one overriding factor Glenn will consider when making his final decision.
"Academics are going to be the key wherever I go," he said.
Glenn plans to camp at East Carolina, South Carolina and Clemson this summer.
"I will decide after the season," he said.
Glenn had 98 tackles (14 for loss) during the 2005 season.
