Gilmore closing in on decision
Columbus (Ohio) Eastmoor wide receiver and cornerback James Gilmore hasn't selected his college yet, but it appears he's getting close.
"I might have to be a walk-on for one of the bigger colleges," Gilmore said. "Like Miami of Florida and West Virginia. They both talked to me about walking-on, then getting a scholarship later.

"Youngstown State offered me a scholarship right now. I'll probably take the Youngstown State offer. I'll decide by Feb. 2."
The 5-foot-10 and 190 pound Gilmore played both wide receiver and cornerback during his senior. On the defensive side of the ball he came up with six interceptions.
