Gillespie makes his decision

Wide receiver Ronnie Gillespie of Pennsburg (Pa.) Upper Perkiomen is one of the fastest players in Pennsylvania, and after attending a local camp on Sunday, he decided that it was time to pull the trigger with a commitment.
"I committed to Temple," said Gillespie, who is 5-foot-9 and 155-pounds.

Gillespie committed on Monday, after attending Temple's summer camp on Sunday.
"It was great," said Gillespie. "I ran a 4.38 in the 40, and I worked out at wide receiver most of the time. They wanted to see how I did at defensive back too."
Gillespie explained what made him commit so soon after the camp.
"Temple is on the rise and they have a great program," said Gillespie. "My family loves it and it's the right fit for me."
Aside from Temple, Gillespie was also receiving steady interest from Rutgers and Maryland, but he did not attend any other camps.
