Giles set for Tuesday

Jarvis Giles will make his college choice next week. This four-star running back prospect will announce at the Tampa (Fla.) Gaither High School library next Tuesday, December 9th.
"Yep, Tuesday the big day," Giles said. "It's down to South Carolina, Tennessee and Nebraska. Clemson is trying to get me up for a visit. They want me to come up next week but it I think it's too late. I know coach (Dabo) Sweeney is coming to the school on Monday. But I think I am ready to make my decision."

South Carolina and Steve Spurrier will make an in-home visit with Giles on Thursday, with Tennessee coming on Friday and Nebraska on Sunday. It's expected that new Vol coach Lane Kiffin along with Stan Drayton and David Reaves will make their way to Tampa while Cornhusker head coach Bo Pelini will come on Sunday.
"I haven't made up my mind yet and I hope to after these in-home visits end on Sunday.
"I love the tradition at Nebraska, especially at running back. I had a once in a life time experience there on my visit. The stadium, the crowd and fans were just amazing.
"I love coach Spurrier. He's a good guy and they do run the football. They also need running backs. I love the town because they are all football and the fans are great too.
"If you look at coach Kiffin he has coached players like Reggie Bush and Lendale White. That's good enough for me plus my man Drayton is still there."
Giles missed the first three weeks of the season with a groin injury. He still rushed for 970 yards and 13 scores. He's graduating early and will be done with school sometime next week.
Giles originally committed to Tennessee and then backed off his commitment when it was announced Philip Fulmer wouldn't be returning as the Volunteer head coach.
